Jordan Butler has been promoted to partner in the firm’s litigation department.
Mr. Butler is based in the firm’s Las Vegas office.

Mr. Butler represents a broad array of individuals and businesses in complex litigation matters and disputes, and has pertinent mediation, arbitration, and trial experience. In his sports and immigration practice, Mr. Butler represents high-profile international athletes and coaches in employment visa applications under the international recognition (P-1) and extraordinary ability (O-1) categories; and, in the negotiation and drafting of sponsorship and player licensing agreements .
