- Updated: February 1, 2019
“If you didn’t already know, I am auctioning off my @anz_au player exclusive @nikecourt Air Zoom Zero ‘Alcotts’ that I wore the whole duration of the Australian Open. Only two pairs of these bad boys exist, and can be yours!! All the proceeds raised are going to the @dylanalcottfoundation to help kids with disabilities achieve their dreams…! Editor’s Note ~ Dylan Alcott has a heart as big as all of Melbourne. He was made special shoes by Nike and is donating them to raise awareness. If you didn’t see the men’s finals it was a fantastic match. David Wagner was a great competitor. Seeing him tape his wrist and then tape the racket to his hand was amazing. They are great athletes and competitors.
And this year, Australia let them play their finals on the main stadium. Bravo all around. Oops almost forgot. Dylan was also doing on court interviews the first week. He was awesome. He is bright, witty and very charming. Ok. Handsome too! And we loved the “sunnies” he wore this year. (LJ)
