Sven Groeneveld Shares His Birthday Thoughts On The Passing Of Peter McNamara
- Updated: July 22, 2019
Today is my birthday and will I be celebrating life and being thankful for all the time I get to be on this earth with my loved ones, my friends and my extended tennis family. We travel the world and always look forward to our next challenge our next tournament our next match and at the same time we look forward to go home and be with those we are missing most. Life on the road is tough we sacrifice so many moments away from those we love. We make compromises in order to achieve what others have not. Today is my birthday but I will dedicate this day to a coach, a former player, a great person and an ambassador to our sport and profession. My thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
#PeterMcnamara You will always be remembered!!
